The permanent division of Riverway Personnel relies on detailed evaluation of applicants through personal interviews, background checks, reference verification and state of the art computer skills testing. This process results in high quality, competent, and capable permanent employees for our growing list of client companies. The temporary division of Riverway Personnel is an outgrowth of our successful permanent division. Our clients expressed a need for the same quality of temporary employees produced by the permanent division. This is possible because we use the same detailed interviewing and testing processes for each temporary employee assigned by Riverway. This ensures that Riverway Personnel clients are provided with high quality, competent, and capable contract employees. Riverway Personnel is conveniently located off the 610 loop just south of the Galleria. Our location allows us access not only to the Galleria area, but also to Downtown, Greenway Plaza, and virtually every major business center in Houston. Our office hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Insurance Coverage All Riverway Personnel temporary employees are covered by Worker’s Compensation Insurance. Riverway Personnel Inc. also carries general liability insurance. Riverway Personnel meets all applicable taxes and TWC obligations. This leaves our client companies protected in the event of an unforeseeable circumstance. Employee Benefits Riverway Personnel offers its temporary employees benefits that exceed the standards in the industry. All employees are offered holiday pay, vacation pay, medical insurance, referral bonuses, and after a year of service they become eligible for our company profit sharing plan.
